How to use the FTP Account Manager in SmartCloud Control Panel

Accessing the FTP Account Manager

After you login to the control panel, select from main screen or the menu on the left the File Management option and then click FTP accounts

Create New FTP Account

To Create New FTP Account simply enter the desired username with a strong password, after that select the directory that you want that account to access or make a brand new directory just for that account. When you are ready click the Create button.

Edit an existing FTP Account.

You can reset the password of any account by simply clicking the reset password button, then type the new password and when you are ready, click the Reset Password button.

You can also delete the FTP user by clicking the Delete button and confirming that you want to the delete the account.
