How to use the Mailbox Manager in SmartCloud Control Panel

Accessing the Mailbox Manager

After you login to the control panel, select from main screen or the menu on the left the Mail option and then click Mailboxes

Create New Mailbox

To create a new email address, Simply Type the account name, select the domain for that email address and type a password. Once you’re done click the Create button.

If your account has a mailbox limit you will be able to see that at the bottom of the page

Edit an existing Mailbox

Find the account you want to modify and click the Edit button on the side. From the Mailbox Editor you can change the password of the account and deactivate the account. You won’t be able to change the name of the account.

Delete an existing Mailbox

Find the account you want to delete and click the Delete button on the side. Confirm that you want to the delete the account by clicking Delete, if you don’t want to delete the account click Cancel
